Underside of brooch is signed "REGENCY" in an oval cartouche. Earrings are unmarked.
Regency was made from the 1950s to the 1970s by Regina Novelty Company which was based in New York City and owned by the Polowitz family. The jewelry produced was known for spectacular color hues, high quality designs, superior materials and fine workmanship. The company closed its doors in the 1970s.
