Back of pin has a c-clasp, indicative of the Victorian & Edwardian eras.

Pin measures approximately 0.5 inch long by 0.45 wide.

May have been a handkerchief pin. The purpose of these pins was to hold in place a handkerchief of linen or lace or other drapery worn by women around their shoulders and overlapped at the front.
