Antique Victorian Era Ornate Scroll MOTHER Engraved Casket Plate

Circa late 19th century, Victorian Era.

A beautifully preserved Victorian-era casket plate, engraved “Mother” in ornate scroll lettering, and repoussé scrollwork along the edges.

Originally created as a memorial adornment, it now stands as a striking piece of funerary history.

Appears to be silver plated. Plate measures approximately 7.75 inches long by 4.1 inches wide.

In good condition. The metal shows natural age and patina consistent with its era. Please see all photos.
