Has messages in both Dutch & English; The English message reads “It is prohibited to spit in the compartment and on the balconies, also to smoke in the compartment or to carry a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe. H. HEINEN. Directeur der Nederlandsche Spoorwegen-I. September 1907”.
Measures approximately 7 inches long by 3.55 inches tall, and has a depth of approximately 0.75 inch.
