Back of frame is dated September 25, 1946, and inscribed "Anniversary Greetings to Ima & Herbert. With Love, From Mother" Framed is also affixed with an "Elizabeth of France" sticker.
Frame measures approximately 7.5 inches long by 6.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep.
Picture appears to be an embroidered piece of canvas or fabric. Affixed with a round hook for wall hanging. In great condition. Please see all photos.
