Authentic vintage Big John jeans, featuring a high-rise waist, straight leg with a slight taper, mid-heavy weight denim with golden contrast stitching, a Big John back patch, red pocket tab, and a branded Big John zipper.

Big John was founded in Kojima, Japan, and is considered the first Japanese denim company. Originally producing jeans under contract for American brands, the company began making its own denim in the late 1960s and established itself by the 1970s and 80s as a leader in Japanese denim craftsmanship. During the early 1980s, Big John introduced branded hardware like the zipper and rivets, which can be seen on this pair.

Labeled a 29W and 30L, but are actually a size 24W.
