This illustration, titled “The Death of the Flowers,” was taken from an 1878 edition of Poetical Works of William Cullen Bryant, published by D. Appleton & Company. The page includes a printed excerpt from the poem beneath the artwork.
Frame measures approximately 5 inches wide by 7 inches long.
Back of frame is affixed with an easel back as well as a loop at the top for wall hanging.
