Beautiful sterling silver open-work filigree heart pendant adorned with 3 clear faceted & prong-set marquise shaped rhinestones, as well as one round rhinestone.

Back of pendant is signed “AmLee STERLING”.

Pendant measures approximately 1 inch long (including jump ring) by 0.8 inch wide (at widest point).

Chain measures approximately 18.1 inches long and has a lobster claw clasp. Clasp is stamped “ITALY” & “925”.

Necklace weighs approximately 5 grams in its entirety.
